Within 14 days you may withdrawal the contract after receiving the product. The 14 days term starts on the day after you have received the goods together with the return sheet. In the case of a withdrawal we will refund the purchasing price within 21 days (maximum).
The goods have to be in an unused condition and be sent in a package. If products have signs of usage we are allowed to claim an amount for the loss of value. It's the same if accessories or parts of the product are missing.
Please fill out the added return form and please prepay the package enough. We have to inform you that if you send the package not prepaid we are allowed to claim an equal amount.
