how to order?
Ozelot Shop is your online shop for individual bags.
If you'd like to place an order please choose a product and click on the red button "shopping bag". If you like to choose more products please click the button "continue shopping", if you want to finish your order go to "proceed to check out". Now you are at the shopping basket, here you still can change the amount of the products or the products themselves. After changing anything please press the button "update shopping bag".
Now you have to click "weiter" and you will reach the login-area. You have the possibility to login an existing account, open a new account or order as a non-registered customer. If you order the first time please enter your data and if necessary a note. Your data will exclusively be used for the order process, details can be read at the chapter "data security". If you'd like to get our newsletter, please activate the small box "newsletter".
If the delivery address vary from the invoice address please click "click here to specify..." and fill in the correct delivery address.
You click on "weiter" and you will get to the next chapter where you can choose the delivery and payment method. If you choose "prepayment" you will get an 3% discount and you can transfer the amount on our bank account (you will get the bank account details within the confirmation email or rather at the "credits"). If you choose "Wirecard CEE credit card" you will be forwarded on our safe payment system of "Wirecard". In this case you have to follow the instructions of Wirecard. You are also able to choose "Sofortüberweisung", if so you'll be forwarded too.
In the last chapter you are able to control or rather correct everything, please don't forget to activate the small box for "terms and conditions" before you press on "weiter". Now your order is fixed and you'll get a confirmation email.

shipping within Austria is free if you choose standard delivery. EMS delivery costs within Austria € 5,-

if you order for more than € 90,- delivery is for free

right of withdrawal, consequences of withdrawal
You may withdrawal your order within 14 days without any reason by sending us an Email, Fax or letter. Therefor use following contact details:
Within 14 days you may withdrawal the contract after receiving the product. The 14 days term starts on the day after you have received the goods together with the return sheet. In the case of a withdrawal we will refund the purchasing price within 21 days (maximum).
The goods have to be in an unused condition and be sent in a package. If products have signs of usage we are allowed to claim an amount for the loss of value. It's the same if accessories or parts of the product are missing.
Please fill out the added return form and please prepay the package enough. We have to inform you that if you send the package not prepaid we are allowed to claim an equal amount.The postage costs of the return package must be paid by the customer.
